Adam J. Robison

Adam was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. Wrestled on scholarship for Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he graduated on the dean’s list with a B.S. in Economics; later he added a minor in chemistry. Adam has extensive experience in the selling profession having sold for Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Company as a pharma rep where he placed in the top 10% of the company. Later he sold door to door for New York Life Insurance Company as a life insurance salesman, which later led to a promotion at Beneficial Financial Group as a sales manager and finally was recruited to Bankers Life and Casualty as the District Sales Manager and Territorial VP. After his time in the life insurance and financial services business, he opened and operated his own private hedge fund and becoming a millionaire before the age of 29. Now he serves as the CEO for Business Minds Research and Development as an outside consultant to companies such as Adobe, Wells Fargo, Liberty Mutual, University of Utah, 1800 Contacts and many other companies nationwide.

Adam and his sweetheart Ashley are the proud parents of 7 children: Lincoln, Cayson, Trystan, Lily, Ashlyn, Luke, and Finn. Other than playing traveling, Adam doesn’t have many other hobbies, in large part because when one has 7 children that entails a lot of soccer, lacrosse, football games and wine!


Chris Webb

Chris is a self-employed accountant, since 2006, and loves working with small to medium-sized businesses in many different capacities from a simple bookkeeper of single-member companies to CFO of $10-$15M corporations. Chris is more than a “bean counter”. He really enjoys getting involved in the details of the way companies operate, and in helping, businesses overcome obstacles and increase profits. He has worked with hundreds of companies over the years from a large variety of industries and invites new opportunities to continue to grow into new industries.

Recently Chris merged his accounting practice with another trusted accounting professional, Jennifer Card, who specializes in tax preparation services. Their new partnership is called Certus Accounting & Tax Services, LLC and they are equipped to help individuals and businesses take control of their finances and manage them better than before.

Family comes first with Chris. He is married to an incredible woman, Becki Webb, and they have three kids (two boys and a girl). One of their family motto’s is “Webb’s Dare to be Different!”


Roxy Cross

Business development maven, Roxy Cross is known for connecting the right people, organizations, and projects. A visionary socialpreneur, Roxy lives with the intent everyone wins in all her business dealings. “If everyone isn’t going to win, I don’t do it,” she says. With a background in media, including social media, writing, and business development, Roxy connects Adopt a Bed with business and community leaders and other non-profits in need. Adopt a Bed’s unlimited fundraising potential, she looks forward to making a positive impact helping everyone sleep well tonight. A supporter of the arts and Red Butte Gardens, Roxy has a YouTube channel on growing food plants in with your flowers. She enjoys running rivers, time in nature and her kids and grandkids.

 


Brent Andrewson

Mr. Andrewsen is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning and a member of the Corporate section. He currently serves on the firm’s Board of Directors as Chairman of the Board. His practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, gift taxation, tax-exempt organizations, charitable trusts and planned giving. Mr. Andrewsen also has advised clients with respect to business matters and has assisted in forming various business entities and transactions. He is a frequent speaker on issues regarding tax-exempt organizations, planned giving, estate planning, and related topics. In addition to his professional work, he has sat on the boards of various charitable organizations over the years.

Mr. Andrewsen has an AV PreeminentTM peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized as one of Utah’s Legal Elite for estate planning, a Mountain States Super Lawyer for estate planning and non-profits and a Best Lawyer for trusts/estates and nonprofit/charities. He was also honored by Utah Business magazine as a 40 Under 40 Rising Star.


Janet Thaeler

Janet Thaeler (aka Newspapergrl) is an author, online marketer, and blogger. As part of her work, she runs influencer campaigns for brands. One of those was for a new company called Purple. Everyone who worked with them had to try the mattress. This mattress had a huge impact on her quality of life. Since then she’s had a passion for learning all about sleep and mattresses, especially online brands. These new brands infused fun and edutainment into a tired industry and captured her imagination. Her mattress reviews on YouTube have hundreds of thousands of views and she’s become an expert in the niche, also influencing Roxy to purchase a Purple mattress in 2017!


Ginger Lancaster: Volunteer Advocate

Ginger Lancaster is a true team player! Spending most of her career in the corporate world has provided dynamic leadership and foundation building strengths that make her an asset to Adopt A Bed.

Although, a non-profit, Adopt A Bed has many divisions of compliance and intentional efforts that make it successful in providing the amount of mattresses that are being distributed. Ginger ensures these processes are implemented daily.

Ginger is also a Success Trainer and Sales Coach for Business Minds R&D, a professional coaching and training company. She has spent the past 6 years training and coaching in Personal Development Seminars and 90 day goal systems.
